Further InformationHypnotherapy
There are so many misconceptions about hypnosis used in a therapeutic
setting. Some of my clients had concerns they’d cluck like a chicken, be
completely out of control, or do something they didn’t want to do. Some others
had very high and unrealistic expectations of what hypnotherapy can do. I wanted
to put together a small resource for you to gather information regarding
hypnosis and its clinical applications. I hope reading some of this information
will clear up the many myths about this quite helpful tool. -
