Expert Witness

      525 / hour plus preparation time, travel costs and time,

        plus court time, actual and waiting.

PLEASE NOTE: If charges have been incurred, and Megan Johntz forms an expert opinion different than your desired opinion, only charges up to that point plus any travel, will be paid to Johntz Presentations.

Please understand Megan Johntz is not bound to render an expert opinion different from her own clinical opinion, even if under contract to provide expert witness services for you or your company, and she may cancel the contract at such a time she determines she is being asked to change her opinion to suit one party's needs over the other.
